Customer Science is a specialist Customer Experience and Digital Transformation company who has a mission to “Bringing your customer and digital vision to life”. Our vision is “To help Australia to deliver globally leading services”.

In 2014 we were first employed by Service NSW to establish their services and onboarding agencies into their Digital, Contact centre and Face to Face offerings. Since then, we have grown 30% year on year to over 100 clients’ sustainable service improvements. We employ over 15 staff with over 30 contractors and partners. Our people are all passionate about making a difference in the customer experience industry each with over 15 years’ experience and leading award-winning organisations in the past.
